Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be thirty days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us (UREMBO Beauty, info@urembobeauty.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you send the notification before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from a different delivery method chosen by you), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the receipt of your cancellation notice.

For the refund We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. This will not incur any costs for you.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have dispatched the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and at the latest within fourteen days of submitting your cancellation notice. This deadline is met if you send the goods on time.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will be happy to provide you with a return label. The cost of €5.99 (for returns from Germany) will be deducted from the refund amount.
You only have to pay for any loss of value if this is due to handling that was not necessary to check the quality, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • to Delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.

  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Special instructions

If you finance this agreement with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both agreements form a single economic unit. This applies in particular if we are also your lender or if the lender uses our cooperation.

If the loan has already been paid to us when the revocation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations arising from the revoked agreement in relation to you. This does not apply if the subject matter of the agreement is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign currencies, or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, exercise your right of revocation and, if applicable, also revoke the loan agreement, provided you are entitled to a right of revocation.
